SHRIMP & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 lb. fresh shrimp
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. (or more) curry powder
1/2 c. grated cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Place in large skillet in 1" boiling water. Cover, but leave ajar. Cook over moderate heat until slightly underdone, about 10 minutes. Cook frozen shrimp as directed. Place broccoli and shrimp in casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together. Pour over broccoli and shrimp. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
