SHRIMP & BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. broccoli, cut up
2 lbs. cooked shrimp
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
8 oz. cream cheese & chives

Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes; drain well. Butter a casserole dish and line with broccoli, then shrimp and repeat. Blend shrimp soup and cream cheese. Mix well and pour over broccoli and shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Freezes well.
