MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked

Place butter in 4-cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Blend in sugar, flour and eggs. Add chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Rotate twice during baking. Microwave on 50% power (MEDIUM) for 10 to 11 minutes or until set.

Bake in conventional oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°F.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
