HOT CHIPPED BEEF AND CREAM
CHEESE DIP
 
1 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar minced diced beef
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Turn into lightly buttered small casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 cup chopped pecans sauteed in 2 tablespoons butter. Use low heat as they burn easily. This can be assembled the day before and refrigerated. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or longer if just out of refrigerator. Serve hot with crackers, corn chips or toast chips.
