2 c. sweet potatoes, grated
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Grate sweet potatoes into milk. (Can grate with blender in milk.) Add other ingredients and mix. Pour into greased casserole. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
