CURRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. or 2 sm. head cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder (or to your taste)

Break cauliflower into pieces and cook about 8 minutes or until partially done. Cover bottom of slightly buttered casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
