TOMATOES AND OKRA 
3 slices bacon
2 lbs. okra, sliced
1 med. green pepper, diced fine
1 sm. onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. fresh tomatoes, peeled & cubed
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble. Cook okra in drippings. Add green pepper, onion and garlic. Stir in tomatoes and cooked bacon. Add salt and pepper. Cover skillet and cook for 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
