EASY ELEGANT CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk or water
3/4 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, herb flavor

Lay chicken in a Pyrex 9"x13" pan. Lay Swiss cheese on chicken. Mix soup, liquid and butter, then mix with stuffing and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
