EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boneless
1 stick butter
1 box stuffing mix (any flavor), crumbs-not cubes
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream

Melt butter in cooking casserole pan. Slice chicken and spread on top of melted butter. Pour half of box of stuffing (with seasonings) on top of chicken and moisten with broth. Mix soup and sour cream and spread evenly on top of soup mixture and moisten with chicken broth (you probably will only use about 1/2 can). Place in a 350 degree oven and cook until bubbly.
