This a simple and delicious recipe. I made the homemade pudding with brown sugar instead of white sugar for a butterscotch flavor. It is very good either way.

This was pretty delicious without any flavoring. Then I chose to add lemon extract instead of vanilla because I was using it to pour over strawberries and white cake for a trifle. DELISH!! I'm sure it would be great with vanilla as well.

Made this a chocolate and a vanilla version... they were both delicious hot but waiting for them to chill. Loved making it and was just as easy as getting a box of cook and serve. No more jello in this house. Thanks for the recipe.

We use this recipe and add Skippy Peanut butter, put it in a pie shell and add Meringue. YUMMY!!!
