WHOLE MEAL SOUP 
2 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. drippings from browned beef
2 1/2 qt. hot water
2 c. sm. potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2-4 onions
1/4 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, saving drippings. Add water, bring to boil. Stir in rice; continue simmering for 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables 1 hour before cooking time is complete.
