WHOLE MEAL VEGETABLE SOUP 
1/2 c. dried lima beans
1/2 c. split green peas
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 1/2 qt. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

Simmer all ingredients slowly 1 1/2 hours. Add 1 can tomato soup and 2 ounces shredded chipped beef. Serves 4.
