OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 c. oil
8 slices bread
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Add sugar and salt to unbeaten eggs, stir until well mixed. Stir in milk and oil. Dip bread in mixture; place in greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes until brown.
