OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
2/3 c. butter, divided
12 slices day old white bread

Beat eggs well in 8-inch round cake pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Then stir into eggs along with milk. Melt 1/3 cup butter on cookie sheet.

Coat both sides of bread in egg batter. Place on cookie sheet, turning to coat both sides of bread with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until light brown. Turn, bake 6-8 minutes more until slightly crisp. Serve with hot syrup.
