TUNA JACKSTRAW CASSEROLE 
2 (4 oz.) cans potato sticks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 sm. jar mushrooms, drained (opt.)
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) jar pimentos, drained

Combine all ingredients plus 1 can of the potato sticks. Open second can of potato sticks and arrange half of them on top of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
