COUNTRY NOODLES 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
3 c. sour cream
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dash of Tabasco
4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. horseradish
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Cook noodles; drain well. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add spaghetti and bacon. Mix well.

Turn into 3 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or heated through. Remove cover. Sprinkle with half Parmesan cheese, broil until; golden. Serve with extra cheese and sour cream.
