CONNIE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 box Kraft mac & cheese dinner
1 c. leftover cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. onion
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
1 can french fried onion rings

Use a 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix everything together but onion rings. Microwave on high 16 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through. When done, put onion rings over top and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.

Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
