MICROWAVE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine chicken, soup, milk, water chestnuts, mushrooms and soy sauce in 2 quart microwave casserole dish. Mix well and cover. Cook on full power, 7 to 8 minutes, until celery is tender. Add chow mein noodles and nuts. (Save a few noodles for top.) Mix lightly. Cook, uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes on full power; or until heated through. Garnish with remaining Chinese noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
