MICROWAVE CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 to 5 chicken breasts (skinned)
1 c. long grain reg. rice, uncooked
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
Pepper
Paprika

Cook in any microwave safe dish with a lid.

Combine all ingredients and place chicken meaty side up on top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Then turn dish 1/4 and cook 28 to 30 minutes on simmer (defrost) turn another 1/4 turn, 1/2 way through. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
