BROCCOLI AND BLUE PASTA 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, washed and florets separated from stem
1 stick butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt and lots of pepper
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1/4 c. parmesan
3/4 lb. fettucini, cooked

In a frying pan, saute the garlic and green onions over medium heat until soft. Add the broccoli florets, cooking until just turned bright green. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and boil over medium high heat until thickened. Toss together the fettucini, hot broccoli sauce, and cheeses in a large bowl. Serves 4 to 6. This recipe is nice as a side dish with seafood or as a meal by itself.
