PASTA BROCCOLI 
1/2 box cooked Rigatoni (al dente)
1/2 head fresh broccoli, cooked al dente, chopped
4 fresh cloves garlic
1/2-3/4 tsp. red pepper
4-5 tbsp. butter
Parmesan cheese

Saute 4 fresh cloves of garlic, chopped small with red pepper in 4-5 tablespoons of butter. Toss pasta and broccoli together in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour butter mixture over pasta mixture. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Note: Can be made in advance and reheated in covered casserole in microwave for 10-15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
