BROCCOLI AND PASTA 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. olive oil
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. white or wheat spaghetti

While preparing spaghetti, cook broccoli according to package directions using small amount of water. Toss together drained spaghetti and broccoli plus small amount of cooking water, pepper, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with more Parmesan if desired. Good served with cucumber and tomato salad and hot garlic bread.
