PASTA WITH BROCCOLI AND WALNUTS 
1/4 c. olive oil
6 c. broccoli florets
2 c. onion slices
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed, dried red pepper
1 3/4 c. (14 oz.) ready to serve chicken broth
16 oz. thin spaghetti or capellini, uncooked
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, heat oil. Add broccoli, onion, garlic, salt and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Add broth; cook 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with broccoli mixture and walnuts. Toss with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
