RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Chow mein noodles

Brown the hamburger with the onion and celery. Then mix with all the other ingredients except for the noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour, cover with the noodles.
