SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
5 oz. uncooked egg noodles
Slices of American or Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sauerkraut. Heat soups and water. Pat dry noodles over sauerkraut. Cover with soup mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Top with cheese slices, return to oven until melted.
