DANISH WEDDING COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. plain flour
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, vanilla and butter. Add flour a little at a time and nuts; mix well. Shape cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Take out and let cool. Roll cookies in confectioners' sugar. Store in confectioners' sugar.

You might need to make the cookies round to roll them in the powdered sugar.
