BIG BATCH OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
6 c. oatmeal
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag peanut butter chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt, oatmeal and dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
