DANISH PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter

Cream the above. Add 3/4 cup honey gradually, then add 1 egg. Add: 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda

Roll dough 1 1/4 inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten criss cross with floured fork. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
