SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (2 1/2 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/4 lb. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Mix ingredients like any hotdish and bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
