PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
2 boxes frozen broccoli florets
1 box rigatoni or rotelli
4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can College Inn chicken broth
2 tbsp. oil
1 sm. hot green pepper (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Black pepper to taste

Steam broccoli florets in microwave (until they break apart). Meanwhile put up water for pasta. Saute garlic in oil low until golden; add broccoli (hot green pepper optional), can of College Inn broth and black pepper to taste; simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Put broccoli on top of drained pasta; toss and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste (optional) or black pepper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
