MOCK HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground bologna
1 egg
Salt
1 c. finely rolled cracker crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water
3 tsp. vinegar

Make a loaf of the first five ingredients. Mix half of the glazed mixture in with the loaf. Baste loaf with the other half. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
