PUFFED CORN BALLS
One of my students gave me and his other teachers this wonderful treat for Christmas and we all went crazy over it! Its light and buttery with just a bit of sweetness. Before you know it, you've eaten the whole bag! You can add more or less almond bark to suit your own taste. Its inexpensive, delicious, easy to make and makes a very pretty snack -- how can you lose?

2 (5 oz. ea.) pkgs. puffed corn (I use Chester's)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. white almond bark (find in Walmart baking section)
your choice sprinkles or jimmies (optional)

Note: Unless you have a REALLY huge pan, just do one bag of puffs at a time!

Empty one bag of corn puffs into large pan. Melt half the package of almond bark according to package directions and pour over cheese puffs. Add sprinkles for a bit of holiday color. Stir to lightly coat the puffs. Dump on jelly roll pan to cool. Store in Ziploc bags. Repeat for second bag.

Enjoy!
