CARAMEL CORN 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. puff corn curls (Old Dutch)
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

In 2 quart saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, and light corn syrup. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Add the baking soda and stir (will be foamy). Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until well mixed. Put in roaster and bake for 45 minutes at 250 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on waxed paper. Cool and break apart. Store in airtight container.
