OLD DUTCH CARAMEL CORN 
8 oz. bag Old Dutch puff corn curls
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup

Place corn curls in large roaster. In a 2 quart saucepan cook butter, brown sugar and syrup for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to mixture, this will cause mixture to foam. Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed. Place in 250 oven for 45 minutes, stirring at least every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on wax paper and break apart.
