DEVILED SHORT RIBS 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 lb. beef short ribs
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
3/4 c. water

Heat oil in Dutch oven until hot. Cook beef over medium heat; brown on all sides; drain. Add onions. Mix remaining ingredients except water; stir in water. Pour over beef. Cover and cook at 350 degrees until tender, about 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
