SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME 
2 1/2 c. (#2 can) cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. chopped pimiento
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg, add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pimiento, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart dish. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
