SAUSAGE, POTATOES AND SAUERKRAUT | |
Perfect to serve for New Years Day!!! 1 medium chopped onion 3 lb. mild ground pork sausage 8 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 bag and a half sauerkraut 1/2 cup milk salt and pepper, to taste Brown onion, then add sausage until browned, place into crock-pot. Add potatoes, sauerkraut, milk and salt and pepper, stir together until blended. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 1 large crock-pot. Submitted by: Danielle Alderton |
