JUDY'S SCALLOPED CORN 
2 - 2 lb. cans creamed corn
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Cracker crumbs
Pimento (optional)
Green pepper, chopped (optional)

Mix corn, eggs, sugar, salt, flour and butter. Add milk and some crumbs (soupy consistency). Pour into 2 1/2 to 3 quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees. After 1/2 hour, check consistency and add more cracker crumbs if necessary. (Pimento and/or green pepper should be added at this time.) Stir thoroughly and sprinkle additional crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for another 1/2 hour. Freezes well.
