SAUSAGE STRATA 
1 loaf white bread
1 lb. pork sausage (sage or regular)
1 tsp. mustard
4 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper & nutmeg

Spray 9"x13" glass dish with Pam. Cut crusts off of bread. Then line bottom of dish with bread. Brown sausage and drain well. Stir in mustard. Spoon sausage evenly over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be made the night before.
