RICE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. rice
2 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can water
Oregano

Mix hamburger, rice, and onions and a sprinkle of oregano together. Then roll into small meatballs. Brown in skillet; drain, then pour tomato sauce and water over meatballs and simmer for about 45 minutes.
