RICE MEAT BALLS 
1 c. Minute Rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. marjoram (optional)
2 1/2 c. of tomato juice, or 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 c. water

Combine Minute Rice with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, and 1/2 cup of tomato juice. Mix lightly. Make into balls (makes about 18). Place in deep skillet. Add sugar to remaining tomato juice and pour over meatballs. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
