WILD RICE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. wild rice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Wash 3 times, bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, drain and rinse.

Mix together and form into meatballs. Brown - pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water over all. Cover and bake 2 1/4 hours in 250 degree oven.
