CURRY GOAT OR CHICKEN 
Cut up into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes, 2 pounds goat, lamb or chicken. Place in a large bowl. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 chopped scallion (green onion), 1 hot pepper, seeded and chopped, then add 3 tablespoons curry, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together.

Allow to marinate for 1 1/2 hours in refrigerator.

Barbecue or broil at 375°F until meat is no longer pink in center.
