3 lbs. lean goat meat 1 tbsp. seasoning salt 2 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Wright's Natural Hickory Seasoning Smoke Trim meat and soak 24 hours in a mixture of salt and water. Drain meat from water and marinate in the above mixture 1 to 2 hours. Smoke over hot mesquite coals about 8 hours. |
