JERKY 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. meat
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Salt and pepper

Cut meat into thin strips. In a bowl, combine seasonings and stir until dissolved. Add meat strips and mix. Let stand overnight. Place on cookie sheet and dry at lowest temperature until dry.
