3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix flour with sugar and then add butter. Beat well. Add well beaten eggs and then add buttermilk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust.

Bake for 45 or 50 minutes at 375°F or until done.
