WHOLE WHEAT COOKIES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. reg. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins

In saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add one beaten egg and 1/4 cup molasses. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen small cookies.
