HOME STYLE KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
In quart jar place 1 head dill, 2 garlic buttons, 1 small red or green pepper (hot). Bring to boil 2 quarts water, 1 quart vinegar, 1 cup non-iodized salt. Stir well. Pour over pickles in jar and seal. Jar should be hot.
