KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
Wash pickles well. Place 1 teaspoon mixed pickling spices, 2 heads and stems of dill and 1 large clove of garlic (sliced) in bottom of sterilized jar. Pack pickles firmly into jar. Add salt water (1 cup salt per gallon of water). Seal tightly. Let stand until color changes before using.
