1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together until creamy. In separate bowl mix together pudding and milk. Combine cream cheese mixture, pudding mixture with Cool Whip. Crush Oreo cookies in food processor.
